Sales Growth & Commercial Performance

You will actively trade the store to maximise revenue and profitability.

Key Deliverables

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Drive growth in conversion rate, average basket value, and units per transaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities and execute in-store initiatives that increase revenue.
  • Analyse daily and weekly sales data to optimise product performance.

Proven Experience Required

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow store revenue through commercial decision-making.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing retail teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail trading principles, merchandising, and stock management.
  • Experience analysing sales data and implementing strategies to improve store performance.
